Crawl Space with Mold

Crawl Spaces are known for their creepy crawlers. However, they are supposed to stay dry and allow airflow. Once in a while the crawl space will get wet due to a flood from rain water. The flooding left water along the seems with grew mold and dry rot.

The damaged wood needed to be repaired along with a good thorough cleaning. The space looked really nice after we had pressure washed and dried it out.
